Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming walkway construction project near the main entrance of the community located at 1600 Sand Hill Road. This improvement project is intended to enhance safety and accessibility at the entrance of the community. 
 

This work is scheduled to start on Monday, July 20th and is expected to finish on Friday, August 21st. The construction hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM – 5PM.

During this time, there may be noises associated with drilling, generator operation, and jack hammering, along with increased dust presence. While we aim to minimize the noise, we appreciate your understanding during this period. 
 

Additionally, several parking spots along Sand Hill Rd will be blocked off for the duration of the project for vendor equipment. Please be mindful of the construction equipment in the area and use caution when navigating. Your safety and well-being are our highest priority, and we appreciate your cooperation during this time.

We understand that this project may cause some disruptions, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that our team is committed to completing the work as efficiently as possible while minimizing the impact on residents.
