The following list outlines the priority ranking system. Oak Creek Apartments is currently only renting to Category 1 and Category 2 priorities.

  • Stanford Health Care Graduate Medical Education (SHC GME) Medical Residents
  • Staff employed by Stanford University
  • Clinical Instructors in the Clinician Educator (CE) Line
  • University Tenure Line (UTL) Professors
  • Non-Tenure Line (NTL) Professors
  • Senior Fellow Members of the Academic Council at Special Policy Centers
  • Senior Fellows at Hoover Institution
  • N11 & N99 Staff
  • University Medical Line (UML) Professors
  • Clinician Educator (CE) Professors
  • Szego Professors
  • Visiting Professors
  • Acting, Adjunct, and Consulting Professors

Category 2

  • Stanford Health Care Employees and Fellows
  • Visiting Academics (7) (includes Fellow, Researcher, Scholar, as well as visitors to the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences - CASBS)

Category 3

  • Employed on Stanford Lands

Category 4

  • All other households who do not meet the above criteria

 

Qualifying Employment: must be employed at least 30 hours per week (75% FTE) at or above the minimum wage during the entire lease term. Must be fully paid and employed by Stanford University or Stanford Health Care. Lease term cannot exceed duration of Qualifying Employment. Currently your eligibility priority must fall within categories 1 and 2.

The Affiliate also must occupy and maintain the Premises as his or her own principal place of residence.  At any time during Resident(s)’ tenancy, Resident(s) shall provide Landlord with satisfactory evidence that the Affiliate occupies the Premises as his or her own principal place of residence.  Failure of the Affiliate to use the Premises and have them listed as his or her own principal place of residence as verified in the HR and Payroll database shall be a material breach of the Lease by Resident(s) and grounds for termination of the tenancy by Landlord for cause.
