Dear Off-Campus Housing,

The Leasing Office and Clubhouse will be closed on Tuesday, July 21st for mandatory staff training.

Please note the following:  

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the leasing office at 650-313-2674. For other maintenance service requests, please place a work order through your online resident portal.
• Packages are not considered an emergency. For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact the parcel center at 650-656-9090. 
• To report any noise disturbances or property-related concerns, please call SR Global Security 925-440-8020 for immediate assistance.  
• For lockouts during business hours (9 AM to 6 PM) please call the leasing office for assistance. After-hours lockouts are not considered emergencies. If you are locked out after hours, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.
