Rental Rates

In order to qualify for the Stanford Rate, the Stanford affiliate must occupy the apartment as his/her principal place of residence. A premium of $200 per month applies to new leases and renewals with a duration of less than 6 to 9 months. New leases at Oak Creek Apartments are currently only offered to Category 1 and Category 2.

Eligibility Categories 1 and 2

  • Studio Rates From $2,063 to $2,438
  • 1 Bedroom Rates From $2,345 to $3,356
  • 2 Bedroom Rates From $3,016 to $4,003

 

LEASE RENEWALS

At least a month before your lease is set to expire, you will receive a renewal letter in the mail. It will contain your new rental rate and an information form that needs to be completely filled out. You will also need to provide a copy of current renter's insurance. RENTAL RATE ELIGIBILITY

Non-Stanford rental rates may also apply to those renters who are ineligible for the Stanford rate. In order to maintain occupancy at the Stanford Affiliate Rate, the original eligible Stanford person must occupy the apartment as their principal place of residence. If the apartment is not the affiliate's principle place of residence, the affiliate will be subject to paying a non-Stanford rental rate. All rental rates are subject to change. A premium of $200 per month applies to new leases and renewals with a duration of less than six to nine months.
