Community Notice: Common Area Amenity Rules
Dear Valued Residents,
We wanted to remind residents of the rules regarding the use of our common area amenities, which include the clubhouse, fitness center, locker rooms, tennis courts, pools, laundry rooms and playground. These apply to all residents, their guests, and any individuals visiting on their behalf.
Common Area Amenity Rules:
· Guest Limits: Residents may bring no more than two (2) guests at a time. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times while using any common area amenities.
· No Commercial Use: Common areas may not be used for business, commercial, fee‑generating, or fundraising activities by residents, guests, or related parties.
· Follow Posted Signage: All residents and guests must comply with all posted rules, instructions, and signage within the amenities and shared spaces.
· No Installation or Use of Additional Items: Residents and guests may not install, place, or use any temporary or permanent items within common areas. This includes furniture, décor, electronics, exercise equipment, or any other personal items.
· No Personal Items Left Behind: Personal belongings may not be stored or left unattended in any common area. Items left behind are subject to removal and disposal without notice.
