Dear Valued Residents,

As summer approaches, we want to remind everyone of our community policies to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our pool amenities. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

• Main Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Smaller Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Minors under the age of fourteen must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Pets are not allowed in the pools, spa or fitness center.
• Please be considerate of others and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• Residents may bring a maximum of two guests, who must be accompanied by the resident at all times.
• Beverages must be served in plastic containers, and no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.
• Food may not be served in or around the pool area without prior management approval.
