Dear Valued Residents,

We hope this message finds you well, this notice is to provide an update regarding dog park construction.

Beginning April 7, 2025, all parking areas in front of building 1300 will be reserved for a minimum of 30 days. Please use all other open parking spaces available throughout the property. Excavation work will also begin on April 7, 2025, with a duration of two weeks.

On April 9, 2025, our vendors will begin installing fencing along the sidewalk on Oak Creek Drive near Building 1300, as shown in the highlighted area below. This sidewalk will be closed for the duration of the project. Please reroute pedestrian and bicycle traffic between the 1300 and 1380 buildings to the sidewalk on Sand Hill Rd, which will remain open.

Oak Creek Drive will continue to support two-way traffic, except on days when trucks are loading and unloading equipment. On those days, one lane will remain open, with traffic control ensuring safety.
