Please see below for Oak Creek’s schedule of operations:

•  Monday, September 7^th – CLOSED in observance of Labor Day
  
  • Leasing Office, Clubhouse & Fitness Center, and the Maintenance Office will be CLOSED.
  • The main pool will remain open (8am – 10pm) for your enjoyment.
  • Parcel Station will remain open from 6am - Midnight
• Tuesday, September 8^th – Operations to resume:
  
  • Leasing Office and Maintenance Office: 9am-6pm
  • Clubhouse & Fitness Center: 9am - 10pm
  • Parcel Station: 6am - Midnight

If you encounter a maintenance emergency while the office is closed, such as water leaks, smoke detector concerns or clogged toilet, please contact the on-call maintenance at (650) 313-2674 and select option 2 on the keypad. Please note, packages are not considered an emergency. For time sensitive package deliveries, please contact courtesy patrol, SR Global Security at 925-440-8020.

To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, contact courtesy patrol, SR Global Security at 925-440-8020 for immediate assistance. As a reminder, the community quiet hours are between 10pm-8am daily.
