Dear Valued Residents,

Please see below for Oak Creek’s schedule of operations:

• Friday, July 4th –  in observance of the Independence Day holiday, please see below:
  
  • Leasing office, Clubhouse & Fitness Center, and the Maintenance office will be closed
  • The main pool will be open from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Parcel Station will be open from 6:00 am – Midnight

• Saturday, July 5th – Operations to resume:
  
  • Leasing Office and Maintenance Office: 9:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Clubhouse & Fitness Center: 9:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Parcel Station: 6:00 am - Midnight

Note the following:

-     For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-609-8065.

-     Packages are not considered an emergency.  For time-sensitive package deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.   

-    The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.  To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

-     Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact the on-call maintenance line a 650-609-8065 for immediate assistance.
