Important Notice: New After Hours Maintenance Support- HappyCo

Dear Residents,

We’re excited to share that beginning May 12, 2026, our community will be enhancing after hours maintenance support by introducing HappyCo’s Happy Force as an additional resource for our residents.

Happy Force is a remote maintenance support service that works alongside our onsite maintenance team. Experienced technicians are available after business hours to assist with common maintenance concerns and collect important information to help our onsite staff resolve issues more efficiently.

Starting April 30, when you contact the property after business hours at 650-800-7795 and select Emergency Maintenance from the phone menu, your call may be routed to a Happy Force technician.

  • For emergency maintenance issues, the Happy Force technician will immediately escalate the concern and contact our onsite maintenance team.
  • For non-emergency maintenance requests, the technician will document the issue and submit a work order, which will be addressed by our onsite team during regular business hours.

This added support helps ensure emergencies are handled promptly and allows our maintenance team to respond to requests more effectively.
