Landscaping Guidelines

Dear Valued Residents,

 

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform our residents of our updated courtyard landscaping schedule.

Our vendor, LandCare, performs routine maintenance upkeep for plant life in the shared courtyards on our property. Maintenance activities include plant trimmings, watering plants, and removing plant debris. If you have any inquiries regarding your shared courtyard space, please contact the rental office for assistance.

 

You may see our vendors in the shared courtyards during scheduled maintenance from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM on their scheduled day. Please refer to the schedule below:

1st Tuesday of the month: Buildings 1300, 1380, 1400, and 1450

2nd Tuesday of the month: Buildings 1470, 1520, 1510, 1540, 1560, 1618, and Clubhouse

3rd Tuesday of the month: Buildings 1700, 1704, 1736, 1742, 1766, 1788, and 1812

4th Tuesday of the month: Building 1824 and Building 1850 (1, 2, & 3)

 

Please note that residents will no longer have access to spigots located on balconies or in the shared courtyards. To ensure fairness and reduce unmonitored water use, these spigots will be turned off or removed.
