Dear Valued Residents,
 

We would like to update you on the next phase of repairs in the tennis court sideline area following the recent irrigation work. Repairs will consist of grading the area to level the surface, followed by repaving to create an even base for the updated deck.

 

This work will begin on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, and is expected to finish by Friday, September 11, 2026. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

During this time, there will be noises associated with drilling, generator operation, and jack hammering, along with increased dust presence. While we aim to minimize the noise, we appreciate your understanding during this period.

This area will be temporarily closed and taped off while repairs are underway. Additionally, there may be temporary parking and garage closures as listed below:

• Construction equipment may temporarily block either the entrance or the exit of the 1540 and 1510 parking garage; however, only one access point will be affected at a time. Please proceed with caution when entering or exiting the garage.
• Parking spots along Oak Creek Drive will be blocked off for the duration of the project. Please find alternative parking arrangements during this time. Any remaining vehicles may be subject to towing if not removed immediately from the premises.

Please be mindful of the construction equipment in the area and use caution when navigating. Your safety and well-being are our highest priority, and we appreciate your cooperation during this time.

We understand that this project may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption. Our team will work diligently to complete the project efficiently and minimize any inconvenience to residents.
