Dear Valued Residents,

As we enter the holiday season, our offices will have limited hours of operation on certain days. Please see the schedule below for Oak Creek’s hours of operation during this time:

·  Leasing office, Maintenance Office, and Parcel Station will be closed on the following days:

• Thursday, November 27^th (Thanksgiving Day). The Clubhouse and Fitness Center will remain open.

·    Leasing office and the Maintenance office will be open from 9am to 2pm on the following days:

o   Wednesday, December 24^th (Christmas Eve)

o   Wednesday, December 31^st (New Year’s Eve)

o   Parcel station: Hours of operation will remain 6am-midnight for these days.

• Leasing office, Clubhouse & Fitness Center, Maintenance Office, and Parcel Station will be closed on the following days:
  
  • Thursday, December 25^th (Christmas Day)
  • Wednesday, January 1^st (New Year’s Day)

Note the following:

-  For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-609-8065.

-  Please note that packages are not considered a maintenance emergency. For urgent deliveries, please contact our courtesy patrol SR Global at 925-440-8020.   

-  The community’s quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call SR Global for immediate assistance.

-   Lockouts are not considered an emergency.  Should you experience a lockout, please contact the after-hours maintenance line at 650-609-8065 for immediate assistance.
