Proper Trash Sorting
Dear Valued Residents,
We hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder that proper sorting and disposal of trash, recycling, and compost is essential to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all. To ensure that our community remains clean and sustainable, we kindly request that all residents follow the guidelines below when disposing of waste:
- Sort your waste into three separate categories: trash, recycling, and compost.
- Place each category of waste in the appropriate container. Trash should be placed in the trash chute, while recycling and compost should be placed in the designated blue and green bins located in the refuse room on your floor.
- Please place all compostable waste in compostable bags to ensure proper disposal.
- Cardboard boxes and other recyclable materials must be broken down before disposal.
- Ensure all waste is securely bagged before placing it in the bin.
Please see the attached Green Waste guidelines for examples of what needs to be disposed of in each of the color-designated bins.
By following these guidelines, you are helping to reduce waste, conserve resources, and protect our environment. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community green. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Resident Services here.
Sincerely,
The Management Team at Oak Creek
