Notice: Roof Maintenance

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that our vendor ClearPro will be conducting their annual roof and gutter cleaning for our property. They are scheduled to begin Thursday, December 11, 2025, through Friday, December 19, 2025, barring any delays. The work will be performed Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

This project will not require access to your units; however, our vendors may access your patios/balconies to remove debris. Please be advised, our vendors may be present outside your patio/balcony or windows.
 

Please see the schedule below for designated dates associated with each building for these cleanings.

During this time, there may be loud noises, increased dust presence, and general wall vibrations as a result of this work. We have included some additional guidelines below to help you understand the scope of the work and navigate any inquiries.

· Patio Furniture/Personal Items: We recommend that residents clear up or cover any personal items on the patio/balcony area to avoid any dust or debris settling on them.

· Window Advisory: Keep your windows closed for the duration of this project. This will keep out any dust or debris that may be present in the surrounding areas.

· Wall Vibrations: Please remove or properly secure any hanging items on your walls. Our vendors will not be responsible for any damaged or lost items.

· For households with pets: For the safety of your pets, please keep them secured in a safe location away from these work areas.
