Dear Valued Residents,

Join us for our annual Spring-Cleaning Event from June 6 to June 8, 2025! It's a chance for our community to refresh our living spaces for the upcoming season. Bins will be provided exclusively for residents to dispose of select personal items.

Location: Bins will be located conveniently near the tennis courts at 1610 Oak Creek Drive.

Acceptable items for disposal include:

• Furniture (sofa, chair, desk, table, mattress, box springs)
• Bicycles
• Barbecues

Not acceptable items guideline:

All items must be placed inside the designated containers.

• No items should exceed a weight of 200 pounds.
• Prohibited items include compostable materials, liquid, garbage, and hazardous waste (e.g., pesticides, mercury-containing items, propane cylinders, oil, chemicals, paint, treated wood).

The city will charge for disposing of any prohibited items. If you notice anyone disposing of prohibited items or non-residents disposing, please contact SR Global Security at (925) 440-8020.
