Dear Valued Residents,

As summer approaches, we want to take a moment to share our updated tennis court policies. These guidelines will help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience on the courts.

Tennis Court Guidelines

·    The tennis court hours are 8am to 8pm, from Monday through Sunday.

·    Each household will use one shared account when making reservations through the tennis court portal.

·    Residents must reserve tennis court 3 to access the ball machine.

o   The ball machine will be unavailable for up to 72 hours after it rains.

·    Residents will be able to check out the ball machine key from the Parcel Station (1540 Oak Creek Drive).  Our parcel station attendants will be checking out the key during the tennis court hours of operations. Please be prepared to provide a valid photo ID for key check outs.

·    Each household may reserve the court for up to 1 hour each day.

·    Court reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.

·    If residents fail to show up for their reservation 3 consecutive times, they will lose reservation privileges.

·    Tennis courts may not be used for business, commercial, fee‑generating, or fundraising activities by residents, guests, or related parties.

·    Residents must always accompany their guests. Each household may bring up to 2 guests.
