Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you of scheduled dryer vent cleaning throughout the community. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the community, ClearPro will be cleaning all laundry vents from July 1-2, 2026. The work will be done between the hours of 8AM – 5PM.

The cleaning will be performed from the roof and inside the laundry rooms using a high-pressure compressed air tool, and no access to your apartment will be needed.

Debris will be directed outside and collected in a lint bag, ensuring that no lint or debris enters your dryer or apartment. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes or delays.

Resident Preparation

·      Please ensure laundry room access is clear.

·      Expect brief noise while equipment is in use.

·      No apartment access is required.

This schedule is subject to change based on contractor availability or weather conditions.
