Dear Valued Residents,

We are writing to inform you regarding the upcoming playground construction. This project is scheduled to begin on April 20^th, 2026, and is expected to finish by July 31^st, 2026, barring weather delays. The construction hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

During this time, there may be loud noises associated with construction including drilling, generator operation, and jack hammering. There also may be increased dust presence in this area. While we aim to minimize the noise, we appreciate your understanding during this period.

This project will require temporary parking and pathway closures that may affect public egress. During this period, the exterior stairwell exit for Building 1618 (marked with a yellow star) will be closed. This exit will remain available for emergency use only. For daily entry and exit, please utilize the other designated building exits.

Please be mindful of the construction equipment in the area and use caution when navigating. Your safety and well-being are our highest priority, and we appreciate your cooperation during this time.
