Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you of the upcoming closure of the pool due to critical repairs.  The involves the replastering of the pool to improve its structural integrity.  Access to the amenity and select parking areas will not be available. Please find the impacted areas below:

This work is expected to begin later this month for approximately six weeks.  The project completion  is forecasted to be on or before the end of May 2026, subject to construction progress and barring weather delays.

We understand that this temporary closure may cause inconvenience as we head into the spring season.  Please be assured that we remain fully committed to reopening the pool prior to the start of the summer season.
