Dear Valued Residents,

In order to comply with the mandatory annual backflow testing required by the City of Palo Alto, we will be temporarily shutting off the water in each building for a period of approximately 20 minutes between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

The process of turning the water off and then turning it back on might disturb the sediment in the storage tanks and plumbing.  This sediment could cause the water to be discolored when you first turn it back on.  We suggest letting it run until it is clear.

We anticipate work to be completed within this timeline, but if there are changes to the schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.  We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and for your attention.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Resident Services Department here for further assistance.
